FUGE develops the automatic core leaching autoclave production line. The core leaching worker still faces the risk of acid corrosion and high temperature, no matter how safe the core leaching autoclave is built to be. Thus, automatic core leaching autoclave production line is invented to improve the working condition and promote efficiency.

This production line aims to upgrade the automation, raise production and lower cost under the help of information technology and Internet of Things. It can rapidly collect any useful information about material, product, technology and equipment, make sure the whole production process traceable and controllable, and transfer the heavy labor work into mechanical automatic production. The final purpose of the automatic core leaching autoclave production line is to reduce human labor work, and improve the production efficiency.

Auto core leaching autoclave production unit consists of high pressure core leaching autoclave, high pressure boiling autoclave, auto alkaline compounding system, auto alkaline test system, cleaning system, alkaline gas dealing system, alkaline recycling system, automatic control system.

The auto core leaching autoclave production unit are configured with truss manipulators, whose loading weight can be 500kgs max. The manipulator is made of SS316l material, highly anti-corrosive.

With all these parts, the leaching autoclave production line is endowed not only with the function of core leaching, alkaline boiling, heating, stirring, water boiling and cooling, but also with alkaline testing and working pieces turning over function.

Each core leaching autoclave is separately controlled by Siemens S7-1200 PLC. To act as an independent part, every core leaching autoclave can be easily maintained and overhauled. Four autoclaves can coordinate with each other to execute automatic production, and can be put into use independently. There are 3 control modes in the control system: manual, half-auto, auto. All modes can complete the core leaching work.

Manual mode is applied to test and maintain the auto core leaching autoclave production line.

Half-auto mode will cut the whole production line into independent functional zone. Each function can work without c enteral control.

Auto mode connects all functional zones and complete all process including the grasping, leaching, alkaline liquid mixing, and cleaning.

Auto core leaching autoclave production line is designed and manufactured in compliance with ISO standard. The key equipment automatic core leaching autoclave in this production line was certified with CE certificate and ISO9001 certificate. All accessories and gauges used in this production line are approved by SI.
