Leaching autoclave plays an important role in the investment casting leaching process. It helps not only remove the ceramic and aluminum cores shells, but also remove dents from working pieces’ surface, extremely shortening the leaching process to less than 12 hours. 

Dewaxing autoclave is a necessary equipment for all investment castings. Our dewaxing autoclave adopts Siemens control system, complete the whole dewaxing process within a 100% sealed condition.  

Both the leaching autoclave and dewaxing autoclave adopts the alkali and water recycle system, saving more energy and helps customers to reduce cost.
