Leaching autoclave designed to remove shells

A leaching autoclave made for leaching ceramic shells is designed in accordance with customers’ requirement.

Normally the shell leaching autoclave works in higher alkali solution concentration like 50-70%, also the temperature and pressure request stricter working condition. The explosion bonding boiler is taken as the chemical reaction container, as to strengthen the boiler intensity and resist high alkali solution. All parts which exposes to the solution, like valves and pipelines, are taking special alkali resistant material to ensure that the leaching system works in a complete safe condition.

Leaching autoclave plays an important role in the investment casting leaching process. It helps not only remove the ceramic and aluminum cores shells, but also remove dents from working pieces’ surface, extremely shortening the leaching process to less than 12 hours.

The leaching autoclave adopts the alkali and water recycle system, saving more energy and helps customers to reduce cost.
