In 4th July, the 20th Metal China show opened in Shanghai. FUGE attended this year’s show like always. 

The automatic core leaching autoclave production line combines core leaching autoclave and industrial manipulators. First, the robot will operate the acid mixing and deliver it to the liquid container. Then, the manipulator will load the working pieces into the kettle and close the cap. 

After all necessary preparation work done, the system will send working signal to the autoclave. Thus the production line will finish leaching in without any labor. At last, the manipulator will also take out the working pieces after job done. 

Many visitors dropped by Fuge’s booth and talked about the new automatic technology used in the production line. It proves the automatic production will surely become a popular trend and boom the traditional industry.
